This charting service is provided through an interface on your
web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). You enter your daily
observations through a form. The system records your data
in our database and displays an updated copy of your chart.
There is a private message facility that allows you to ask procedural questions only.
When you register you are provided with a user identity
and password. You register anonymously in order to provide
an additional level of privacy beyond that offered by the password
(see Privacy Statement).
You will
receive an immediate response containing a user ID and password when you register.
Please record this in a safe place.
You then have access to the charting service.You
will be asked to accept a service and privacy agreement when you log on.
There is a small fee to use this service.
